Looking to contact old Clarion (Houghton Cycling Club) members who knew my father Harry Carr. Mentioned a few times in your history pages. Sadly my dad passed away a couple of weeks ago at the age of 89. Cancer got the better him but he passed peacefully at home and not in pain. Funeral is Thursday 23rd October at 10am at the Hambleton Crematorium nr Thirsk YO7 4SA. Then back to the Village Inn at Brompton (formerly the Black Swan that was once owned by Tommy Rennoldson - another Clarion member) Please can you pass the news etc to your older members.
